This is our traditional services package, where we will handle the entire project from initial conception to completion. We will take care of technically heavy design changes for renovations and new builds through to the final touches and small details.

E-Design
A great option for both rental properties and if you own your own home, but are not looking and making major civil or structural changes to your property. We will provide you with everything you need to be able to execute the design at your leisure.

Design Concierge
Our hourly design concierge support is offered in 2, 5, and 10-hour packages. This service is flexible and can include in-person or virtual support in order to cater most appropriately to your specific needs and lifestyle.
Full package services
We handle the entire project from concept to completion. We take care of technically heavy design changes for both renovations and new builds - right through to the final touches.
We also use our experience in the building and design industry to assist in the commercial negotiations with contractors and suppliers, to make sure you’re spending on the right products and service providers.
In addition to the design service, we also offer an add-on ‘post-contract’ service where we use our experience in the building and design industry to assist in the nomination of suitable contractors and suppliers, to make sure that you’re not only spending on the right products but the right service providers.

Implementation Services
What’s Included?
Tendering
Assistance in the nomination of the main contractor by distributing and reviewing tender information. and quotes.
Assistance in the nomination of suppliers and sub-contractors for any specialist activities not covered in the main contractor’s scope of work
Assistance in the procurement of items specified in the HF & LF Packages
Implementation
Weekly site supervision of interior fit-out to ensure all works and implemented as per design intent
Review and approve all samples, mock-ups and shop drawings provided by the contractor(s) and suppliers
Design Concierge Services
Not everyone needs full-service interior design. This hourly concierge service allows you to manage your time and your investment by choosing an hourly package.
